My aim is to support you and your staff to create sustainable well-being that in return translates into sustainable high performance. Wellness isn’t a quick fix. It’s an essential business strategy for happy, healthy, thriving, and profitable workplaces. I’ve trained in and offer therefore a holistic approach:

  • Massage to release tension, stress, and pain

  • Coaching for increased well-being and higher performance in day-to-day life

  • Therapy to react more constructive to formerly stressful stimuli

Pick and choose or multi-layer:

Liberty

  • customized treatments on a regular or flexible basis. Have your employees pick and choose between the different modalities of massage, coaching, and therapy.

Authentic Leadership - Personal

  • 10 sessions à 60 min over 3-4 months. This program is a holistic feelings-based approach tailored to the individual needs and aspirations. I will take coaching as the starting point and possibly add and adjust with other modalities as we go along and see fit.

Authentic Leadership - Team or Business

What can we do for our clients, ourselves, and each other to create extra value, without it being another to-do? What is not working in our company or team and what is working well? What needs to change & what to expand? Does where we want to go match up with our corporate values and how can we use them in a practical way for more inclusion and purposeful action?

Format: workshop or consecutive sessions

optional follow-up for Authentic Leadership:

  • 3 monthly check-ins after the program: 30 min. accountability meeting (in person or online) to keep up the awareness and to make sure the new ways are consistently cultivated and continue to give the aimed for results.

How do you know that this works?

The starting point will always be your annual staff survey (or a needs assessment) as well as your KPIs to make sure we are on target and can measure progress.
